Iowa State University faculty, staff, and graduate students are invited to join the Center for Sustainable Rural Livelihoods (CSRL) for a lunch and learn session on Monday, October 13th, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in 368A Heady Hall.
Dr. Francis Owusu, CALS associate dean for global engagement and director of CSRL, and Dr. Gideon Nadiope, national director of the Iowa State University-Uganda Program (ISU-UP), will share details about CSRL and the work of ISU-UP in rural Uganda.
The session is open to all faculty, staff, and graduate students who are interested in learning more about the work being done in Uganda and the possible engagement opportunities that exist. Additionally, some associate directors and other engaged faculty will be available to join for questions during the session.
